Thank you for your interest in registering with The Baby Care Company.
Before submitting your information, please review the following registration and consent terms carefully. These explain how the information you provide may be used as part of our candidate referral and placement process.

I certify that all the information I have provided to The Baby Care Company, both electronically and in-person to support my application for registration, is accurate and true.
I grant The Baby Care Company and its associates and affiliates my permission to use this information at their discretion to support me in finding employment.
In addition, I confirm that The Baby Care Company has my permission to:
Take/use my photograph to support my application for employment, including forwarding it to clients if required.
Keep my personal information on file, until I inform them that I no longer require their services and make a written request for the information to be removed from their file. In this situation, all my data will be deleted, and I understand that should I wish to re-register, a new application will be completed and new consent form will be required.
Verify my personal data, including my identification, my certifications and my references.
I agree to abide by the Conditions of Registration with The Baby Care Company:
I agree that all information provided to me regarding vacancies, clients and locations will be treated as entirely confidential.
I agree that I will not pass on any client information to any third party, including other maternity nurses, during or after a booking. Including via social media.
I agree that I will not recommend a friend or maternity nursing colleague to a client to replace me or extend my placement in a booking which has been arranged by The Baby Care Company. (In this situation, you must first contact the agency)
I agree to inform The Baby Care Company as soon as I am offered a position by a client introduced by them, either immediately or anytime in the future.
I agree that I will not extend a placement, or return to a position, either permanently or for an extended temporary period without first informing The Baby Care Company.
Should a client contact me directly at any time in the future to request my services, I will inform the agency immediately – even if the client requests a private arrangement.
I understand that the clients I am introduced to via The Baby Care Company have also agreed to the agency terms and conditions and have an obligation to inform the agency of any extension or re-booking of a candidate and failure to do so will result in the client being liable for an additional charge on top of the regular placement fee.
