Makita's extensive career in prenatal, newborn and postnatal care has given her a deep understanding of both the practical demands of caring for babies and the importance of providing families with knowledgeable, dependable and compassionate support.
Her experience includes supporting infants with a diverse range of medical and specialist care requirements, including recovery following surgery, medication support, NG and G-tubes, substance withdrawal, heart conditions, genetic disorders, IgE-related conditions and wound care.
